What It Is
The Good Faith Exam (GFE)
A required medical evaluation by a licensed provider — physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant — conducted conveniently via telehealth.

Annual Medical Oversight Fee
$39/year
One fee per year — no matter how many treatments you receive. Your clearance covers every drip, shot, and infusion for a full 12 months.
