We know what a migraine day looks like: blackout curtains, silence, and zero tolerance for logistics. So the visit works around it. Text us (or have someone text for you), complete the quick telehealth clearance, and your paramedic arrives quietly, works in low light, and speaks softly.
Treatment takes 45–60 minutes in whatever room you're riding it out in. No fluorescent lights, no intake desk, no drive home with a pounding head.
Important: We provide symptom relief — not diagnosis or ongoing migraine management. A sudden, severe, or "worst-ever" headache, or one with fever, stiff neck, confusion, or weakness, is an emergency: call 911. For recurring migraines, stay connected with your physician or neurologist.

What is in the Migraine Drip?
Normal Saline (500 mL), Magnesium Chloride, B-Complex, Zinc, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Ondansetron (Zofran) for nausea, and Toradol for pain — $180. It mirrors the combination approach many ERs use for migraine relief, without the waiting room and fluorescent lights.
Why magnesium for migraines?
Magnesium deficiency is common in migraine sufferers, and IV magnesium is one of the best-studied nutrient interventions for migraine — it plays a role in calming nerve excitability and blood-vessel constriction. In the drip it works alongside fluids, anti-nausea medication, and an anti-inflammatory.
Can you come while I have an active migraine?
Yes — that's exactly what this service is for. Your home stays dark and quiet; the paramedic works around you. Many clients have someone else text us the booking because screens are unbearable mid-attack. Same-day visits across Westchester whenever our schedule allows.
Is a migraine IV a replacement for seeing my neurologist?
No. We provide symptom relief and hydration support — we do not diagnose or manage migraine disorders, prescribe preventives, or replace your physician. New, sudden, or "worst-ever" headaches need emergency care: call 911 or go to the ER for those.
How much does mobile migraine relief cost?
The Migraine Drip is $180 plus the flat $99 Westchester concierge fee. There are no memberships or hidden charges, and treatment in our Scarsdale suite carries no concierge fee at all.
How fast will I feel relief?
Every migraine is different, but the anti-nausea medication typically works within minutes and most clients report meaningful relief by the end of the 45–60 minute infusion. Rehydration alone can shorten an attack when dehydration was a trigger.
